About Arlington Text to Speech
Arlington Text to
Speech (TTS) is a customizable Text to Speech program with a useful range
of features. In addition to reading text, the program can also save text
to an MP3 file for later use. An optional avatar can be displayed while
text is being read. The program can be configured to automatically start
reading text placed on the keyboard. Keyboard shortcuts and volume/speed
controls are also included.
