When prompted to Open or Save, choose Save and
select your download folder.
After the setup file (named setuptts.exe) is downloaded, use
Windows Explorer to navigate to where you saved
it and double-click it to install the program. Accept all
the default options and follow the instructions to download the Speech
engine.
After the program is installed, start the TTS
program (Start-->Programs-->Arlington Text to Speech) and you
will be taken to the main screen.
