When prompted to Open or Save, choose Save and select
your download folder.
After the setup file (named setuph2e.exe) is downloaded, use Windows Explorer
to navigate to where you saved it and double-click it to install the program.
Accept all the default options.
After the program is
installed, start the HTML2EXE program (Start-->Programs-->Arlington
HTML2EXE) and you will be taken to the main screen.
