How to Report Problems

If you have found a problem with Arlington Kiosk Browser, we would like to hear about it!  Please send us an e-mail that describes the problem.

Please consider sending a screenshot that illustrates the problem
If you would like to send a screenshot, follow these steps to make one small enough to email:

  1. Press ALT+PrintScreen to place a snapshot of the current window on the clipboard.
  2. Open the Microsoft Paint program (Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Paint) and press CTRL+V to paste the image.
  3. Select the part of the image that you would like to send.
  4. Pick Copy To... from the Edit menu, change the Save as Type to either 16 Color or 256 Color, and enter a filename.
  5. If possible, use a zip utility to compress the image file.
  6. Attach the image file to your email to us.
