When prompted to Open or Save, choose Save and select your download folder.
After the setup file (named setupacb.exe) is downloaded, use Windows
Explorer to navigate to where you saved it and double-click it to install the
program. Accept all the default options.
After the program is installed, start the ACB program
(Start-->Programs-->Arlington Custom Browser) and you will be
taken to the main screen.
